Our PADI 5-Star centre is on the north-east coast of Nusa Penida, in the village of Batumulapan, away from the busy north-west strip where many of the other dive operators are concentrated. It’s quiet and peaceful here, like Bali used to be 20 years ago, and the coast faces east, so you wake up to sunrise views over the water. Our partner hotels below are in the same village, all within walking distance of the dive centre.
There are plenty of places to eat nearby for lunch and dinner, and scooters are easy to rent when you want to explore the island. Staying somewhere else? We can organise pickups for diving, or just ask us what we think of a place before you book.
Our dive center offers free flow refillable drinking water, tea and coffee. Bring a refillable water bottle so that you stay hydrated AND help to keep the island plastic-free.
Beers and cocktails are readily available after your dive!
All the recommended accommodation on Nusa Penida offers breakfast, and we offer lunch on diving days.
In the immediate vicinity of all the resorts there is plenty of choices to choose from. Tasty local Indonesian and Balinese food is readily available, plus there is an organic cafe, pizza, burgers and a selection of European favourites.
Local dishes range from Rp 20-50,000 each, and western dishes are Rp 50-100,000 each.
You can also rent a motor bike whilst you are here and explore further away, this is a great way to see the island.
