Wooo, I’m finally a Divemaster! My last week in Lembongan was very busy, but it was great to see all the signatures being signed off on my form. Day by day getting closer and closer to that final signature!
I managed to complete my swimming tests and mapping project, which were the task I had been most worried about as navigation is not my strongest point! The conditions were great for the map, with clear visibility, good planning and Bryce as my amazing dive buddy it was a lot easier to map the dive site then I had previously expected. I also did a refresher for two divers and then guided them on dives the next day, which was great as I really enjoyed watching them progress. I had a brilliant last day of diving, seeing my 4th mola mola and many manta rays, before my last task – the snorkel test!
I would just like to thank everybody at Two Fish Divers for their help and hospitality, they made me feel at home from the day I arrived until I unfortunately had to leave. And lastly, I have to say a special thank you to Bryce for his amazing photoshopping of my blog picture every week!
Congratulations Chelsea. Me and the boys were your dive partners on some of the first dives you did when you had just arrived at Two Fish about 2 months ago. It’s great that you were not too scarred by the experience of diving with us, and that you recovered from it to go on and get your dive master. And you managed to see Mola Mola too.
Cheers,
Russ
