It´s been 2 weeks since I arrived on Nusa Lembongan, and a lot has happened. I’m almost done with my five specialties and ready to start my Divemaster for real. Even though I haven’t really started my Divemaster yet, I have still been helping out and doing some of the Divemaster responsibilities.

These include helping out with the washing of equipment, loading the boats in the morning and making sure everything is ready for the dive trips. Even though I’m on a small tropical island, where everything seems a bit slowed down from the usual European lifestyle, there are still lots to do. We are now three DMTs at Two Fish, including our latest arrival, Anna, and of course Ben that has just a few days left of his internship.

The gang here is really friendly and helpful, and most of the time things seem to be going quite smoothly. Some small hiccups here and there are to be expected I guess, but in the end everything seems to come together and the guests are happy.

I´m looking forward to spending four more weeks here, and keep learning new things every day. As well as getting to know the people better, and have a lot of fun with them on the Island.
