An explosion of divers and student this week in South Lombok as it seems everyone wanted to learn to dive.

So a big congratulations to Paul, Leo, Lakman, Rosie, Flow, Fugio, Sven and Johanna for completing their open water courses this week with me in south Lombok it has been an absolute pleasure, the whole load of fun and some amazing divers in the end!!

The rains have stopped down here in the Secret Gilis and we are watching the visibility getting better and better. We have also had some amazing dives this week with one dive with seven different turtles and one of the biggest GT’s I have ever seen who decided to give us a real close up!!

This week we have spotted seahorses, frogfish, Ambon scorpion fish, harlequin shrimp, white tip reef sharks, napoleon wrasse and even a few baby sharks swimming around our feet at sunrise.

We end this week on a high after some great fun in the water with some amazing new friends leaving us in anticipation for the days to come.
