A special treat for a small group of our divers this week when they spotted an electric clam tucked away in the wall. Arnaud and Carole, both experienced divemasters themselves had never seen anything like this! During the dive on one of our famous vertical divesites this rare creature provided a bout of amazement from those who didn’t even know such a thing exists. Although the electric clam is not actually electrically charged it does appear to have lightning-like blue arcs coursing across its lips.
Some visitors from France Nico and Steph refreshed their skills after a period out of the water and then continued to do their Advanced course. Martin from Scotland took his first license, the PADI open water license and the Dutch crew Thijs, Paul and Rene joined for introduction diving taking their first breaths underwater.
Our Divemasters in training have all been leaving this week, Rosa, Alexandra and Will have left a big hole and we hope someone out there is going to come and take their place really soon! Becoming a Divemaster at Two Fish you become a part of the family and we really miss you when you leave us, even if you are just heading to another Two fish to continue your training.
