This week our guests Alan and Celina spotted a cute little fire goby on the north part of Nusa Penida. The fire goby is a species of a dart fish and has very bright colors which makes him stand out on every sandy reef. It has a yellow head merging into a white body, gradually shading into a red-orange tail. The guests had only a couple of seconds to observe this little beauty because when a diver comes too close to it, it feels threatened and is diving into cover. You have to be very quick to take a good picture! But luckily we have also some turtles, moray eels and scorpion fish, who are not shy at all and our guests are always happy taking great pictures of them.
This week our PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) came to a successful end and all the candidates passed! Congratulations to six new instructor who will teach people how to dive in the future!
Nat and Dion took some of our guests under water for their first time during their try scuba dive (PADI Discover Scuba Diving), which is always one of the most exciting parts of the holidays! Whoever is thinking about trying scuba diving should definitely do it. It’s an exceptional and absolutely amazing experience.
