THIS WEEK IN TEC… Blue Label Diving Indonesia instructors Hiro and Sandy are back in action with free rebreather try-outs in Bunaken. Our guests have the chance to experience diving without bubbles and learning what it means to be breathing on the loop. This week we had Rachel, an experienced dive instructor from Australia, with us in the pool giving the Poseidon MK6 rebreather a go. She was quite impressed that she no longer had to hold her breath when getting a picture taken of her.

Then over in Lembeh, Dani finished her PADI Sidemount course with Sandy using the brand new Dive Rite LTX sidemount harness, regs and riggings. They had a fantastic time winging their tanks and going through the cargo hold of the Mawali Wreck. Then as Dani was practicing her shutdown drills at Nudi Falls they bumped into the rare Lembeh Pikachu nudibranch! Lembeh is now fully equipped to handle sidemount divers and allow them to get in close to all the weird and wonderful creatures hiding out in the sand!
