Meet our boat Captains and Crew, Asmaui, Zul, Ijank and Dani. We would be “lost at see” without them. These four gentleman work incredibly hard to ensure our guest, guides, and instructors have a safe and fun experience. They rise early in the morning to prepare the tanks and boat. Their knowledge of scuba equipment care and preparation is incredible, not to mention their diving abilities.
The four come from Lombok and have grown up in and around the sea. They know the Gili islands like the back of their hand and are able to navigate amongst the islands easily. They read the ocean and they are able to determine the proper entry and exit point for divers. They inform us when the swell is to aggressive or current to strong and pick the perfect dive site for the conditions that day.
Asmaui our crew, has eagle eyes and some how with all the divers in the ocean instantly spots our groups. Upon surfacing you are immediately greeted with the most welcoming smiles and a helping hand to get you back on the boat safely and comfortably. Without their tireless efforts we would not be able to enjoy the underwater world day in and day out, so thank you to the gentleman that make this all possible. We love you guys.
This week instructor kuss certifies cousins Eve and Talia who hope to find inspiration underwater that may give them educational direction above the water. Instructor Scuba Sal introduced many divers to the underwater world for the first time with our Discover Scuba Diver program with the assistance from current Divemaster Trainees Colin, Lydia and Yama.
The Divemaster trainees have been working hard in and outside the ocean to better their skills and knowledge with Instructor Mermaid Meg so they will be prepared to guide and instruct divers of their own. Do you love the ocean? Have you considered becoming a Divemaster? Come join us at Two Fish.
