THIS WEEK IN BUNAKEN….the Pontohi pygmy Seahorses are hanging out in pairs. Thanks Reto for sharing this photo and it was great to see you back.
The weather has been sunny, but we have been seeing some stronger currents. We have been taking advantage of the weather and the divers have enjoyed some day trips to Mantehage to hang out with the Barracudas, as well as Dogtooth Tuna, Napoleon Wrasse and Blue Fin Trevallies. Then there was 20 or so Pilot Whales that dropped by to say hello!
We have also seem Reef Squid and Octopus, Comets,Leaf Scorpion Fish, Cockatoo Wasp fish, Ornate & Robust Ghost Pipefish, Pontohi Pygmy Seahorses, Tiger Shrimps, Elegant Squat Lobsters, Orangutan Crabs and Ribbon Eels. Let’s not forget the Turtles, Spotted Eagle Rays and lots of Nudis.
