Diving Lembeh and Bunaken – the World Class Dive Sites of North Sulawesi
Did you know that Two Fish Divers’ original base is in North Sulawesi? Our first dive resort was Two Fish Divers on the beautiful island of Bunaken, in the heart of the Bunaken Marine Park. Bunaken Marine Park was one of the first regions in Indonesia to be declared a Marine Protected Area. Bunaken Island is surrounded by shallow water coral gardens and staggering coral walls and drop offs.
Just a short drive away on the opposite side of the North Sulawesi Peninsula lays the Lembeh Strait which is world-renowned for offering the best muck diving on the planet. Lembeh Strait’s vast array and abundance of rare, unusual and downright weird marine life makes it a hotspot for marine enthusiasts, underwater photographers and even marine biologists.
If you are looking to try a new diving area Indonesia, North Sulawesi is home to some of Indonesia’s most famous dive sites and with direct flights from Jakarta, Bali and Singapore it’s easier than ever to come for a stay.
