Here in south Lombok we find a wide variety of Scorpion fish from the bearded to the Indian Ocean Walkman to the Ambon. Although we have so many here at times they can be difficult to find due to our abundance of reefs and places to hide.
This week in South Lombok, we say a big congratulations to Fanny who has completed her open water course. So happy diving and we hope to see you underwater again. We also say goodbye to Chris and Mika who came to us from Jakarta on an adventure of exploration around Indonesia and they were very happy with what they found underwater here in South Lombok.
This week we have had many sightings including White tip reef sharks, turtles, nudibranches, sea horses, frog fishes, mantis shrimp, octopus, cuttle fish and a new appearance from a Pygmy pipe horse.
The conditions have been amazing this week with very little rain so its been hot hot hot and underwater has been just as good with 20 meters visibility, no current, no waves and some beautiful dives!!!
