When one likes to go shopping and the other wants to go hiking… Going on a holiday with your partner can be quite a challenge! Sometimes you need to find something you both enjoy, or… you make sure your partner enjoys the activity you like! And the last is what Alex did, Alex was so excited to take his Open Water course that he asked his wife Sue to participate as well. When certified, Sue thought that was the end of it but Alex had caught the scuba virus so their dive trip to Bali was quickly booked! Six days in Bali, 5 days of diving and still Sue was unsure of the whole scuba thing!
Day one was in Tulamben and started with a weight check and some buoyancy exercises. We were surrounded by marine life and it seemed that both Alex and Sue were enjoying the dives, so far the holiday started great!
On day two we were accompanied by Christina and Milan who had just finished their IDC course, so on this trip Alex and Sue were accompanied by 3 instructors! Christina found us a frogfish in the Jetty in Padang Bai 😀 Thanks Chris!

In the following days we practiced buoyancy and mask skills on every dive and scuba became more fun by the day. At the end of the holiday Sue was enjoying the dives and you know what?!… She said she could do this more often!
