We are an award winning PADI 5 Star Center in Amed, and we provide the full range of PADI dive courses in Amed including the PADI Open Water Course where you can learn to dive on a ship wreck in 3 days!!
If you’ve always wanted to learn to dive, discover new adventures or simply see the wondrous world beneath the waves, this is where it starts. The PADI Open Water course is the world’s most popular scuba course, and has introduced millions of people to the adventurous diving lifestyle. If you already tried a PADI Discover Scuba Diving program then please check with our instructors to see how credit from this may apply to the Open Water Course.
Learning to scuba dive on Amed is a great choice! The black sand beaches slope gently into sheltered bays making for gradual descents and ideal conditions for training. With a mixture of sandy bottoms, pretty reefs and both small and big fish you’ll love learning here. On the last day of the course you can visit the USAT Liberty which is full of life – that’s why it’s one of the most famous wreck dives in the world!
We realise that this is all new for beginner divers, so in order to make the learning process easy and carefree for beginners, and as as part of our commitment to dive education, we provide free insurance worth more than US$10 to all beginners learning to dive with us for FREE (part of the course price).
Pair your course with a place to stay and turn a day of diving into a proper getaway. We’ll help you match accommodation to your dates and budget so it’s one easy booking.
Before you come and visit us you will complete the theory part of the course with videos and online manual, this will save you time on your holiday as you can get started with the practical stuff right away when you arrive!
When you arrive your 3 day Open Water Course will continue something like this below.
Not enough time to complete the theory before you visit us? In these cases you will need to finish off the theory on the 1st day, and then the rest of the course can be completed on days 2-4.
Instead of completing the theory using the videos and online manual, we can provide the full PADI eLearning option – this still involves the manual and knowledge reviews etc, but is created as a more integrated learning option. There will be an extra cost for this and you will still need 3 days to finish the course once you are here. Please contact us for more information.
Different people learn best in different ways and the full eLearning covers all the bases!
