Two Fish Divers Amed is an award winning PADI 5 Star Center located in Amed, Bali providing top quality Amed scuba diving, PADI dive courses, snorkelling trips, and professional diving internships.
We pride ourselves on being committed to a first-class dive service, having excellent dive staff & managers, having great Aqualung dive equipment and providing safe, top quality PADI courses. In fact we believe we offer the best service in Amed – we have our own boat and for shore dives we use cars to take you there and back, instead of the open cabs that most centers use (so you can burn on sunny days and get wet on rainy days!)
Join us today to experience the best of what Amed diving has to offer with calm conditions, vibrant reefs, diverse marine life, easy trips to the famous Tulamben Ship Wreck, and beach-side accommodation.
Amed gives easy access to the USAT Liberty — Southeast Asia’s most famous wreck dive, a short drive up the coast in Tulamben — but it is also where Bali slows down and the diving gets personal. No crowds, no traffic, no rush. Just a quiet stretch of East Bali coastline with volcanic black sand beaches, one of Asia’s most famous shipwrecks a short drive away, and a house reef you can walk into from shore.
The diving is varied, accessible, and consistently excellent. The USAT Liberty wreck in Tulamben. The Japanese Shipwreck covered in coral. Our house reef for night dives and training. Macro critters on black sand slopes that photographers fly across the world to shoot. All within 30 minutes of the dive centre.
Amed is a genuine holiday destination too — beautiful coastline, quiet beaches, excellent restaurants (including Mexican, French, vegan and Thai as well as many local options), Tirta Gangga water palace nearby. Non-diving partners aren’t stuck in a dive shop all day.
The USAT Liberty is one of Asia's most famous wreck dives — 25 minutes from the centre, shore entry, 5–30m depth. Black sand slopes are a macro photographer's dream. Night dives on the house reef with mandarinfish and hunting octopus.
PADI 5-Star IDC Centre — we teach more divers here than at any other Two Fish location. From your first breath underwater to Divemaster and Instructor certifications. Our Course Director is based here.
Calm warm water, shore diving, and a house reef at the centre. Discover Scuba runs daily. Non-diving partners have beaches, restaurants, and Tirta Gangga to explore. A real holiday, not just a dive trip.
Consider Elsewhere If…
Two Fish Divers has been in Amed since 2012 — we know these sites, these currents, and these critters better than anyone.
What being based here means for your diving:
Below is a sample schedule, we choose sites based on conditions, dive experience and guest wish-lists.
Transfer from Bali airport or South Bali (2.5–3 hours). Check into your accommodation — walking distance from the centre. Afternoon: set up gear, explore the village, or snorkel the house reef. Briefing for tomorrow's dives.
Drive to Tulamben for the Liberty wreck — shore entry, 120m of coral-encrusted WWII history from 5–30m. Surface interval with snacks, then dive at Sidem — full of macro life including a variety of seahorses, both normal and pygmy.
Morning dives on Jemeluk Bay house reef and Coral Garden — turtles, octopus, macro critters on the black sand slope. Afternoon free to explore Amed or add a third dive. Evening: log your dives with the guide, swap photos, plan the rest of your trip.
Amed Beach Resort (beachfront, pool, AC) or budget homestays — both walking distance from the centre, breakfast included.

Explore our dive sites →Full PADI pathway from Discover Scuba to Instructor. IDC Centre with on-site Course Director. GoPro professional programme.
See courses in Amed →2.5–3 hours from Bali airport via East Bali coastal road. We arrange transfers from airport, South Bali, or Nusa Penida.
Plan your journey →Amed is calm shore diving — the famous Liberty wreck, easy macro reefs, and sunrise dives straight off the beach. Nusa Penida, a short hop south, is the polar opposite: drift dives along the manta cleaning stations, mola mola in season, and big-water diving with proper currents. The contrast between the two is one of Bali’s great combinations.
Our Bali Explorer Safari packages combine both locations — 3 nights Amed + 4 nights Penida, with all transfers included.

Add Manado — Fly Bali → Manado and continue with the walls and turtles of Bunaken, the muck diving of Lembeh, or both. We coordinate the full trip across locations.
