PADI Advanced Open Water Course on Bunaken Schedule

Your schedule will be something like this.

  • Theory

The course is conducted over two days and you will do five course dives.

For each course dive there is a chapter to read from your course manual and a knowledge review to be completed through self-study. You will review the knowledge reviews with your instructor before each dive.

Your schedule will be something like this:

    • Arrive & collect manual – you will ideally collect your manual the day before your dives so you can choose which dives you want to do
    • Day 1 – Course dives – Check knowledge reviews with your instructor after diving
    • Day 2 – Course dives – Check knowledge reviews with your instructor after diving
  • open water course dives

As there are five course dives, on one of the days you’ll make two course dives and on the other you’ll make three – this leaves time for an optional fun dive if you wish.

Which dives you do on which days will depend on the conditions here at the time – your instructor will advise you.

Note: If you decide to have an extra dive with us then we will only charge an extra Rp600,000. This means you can take the PADI Advanced Open Water Course over a relaxing 3days!!

Our daily diving schedule is to depart about 8am for 2 dives, and return for lunch. Snacks, water & coffee/tea are provided during the surface interval.

  • finish your diving day

You will finish off every day by logging any dives with your instructor, and reviewing the sightings in our fish-id books.

Beers and cocktails are also readily available after your diving!
