PADI Open Water Course

Get your first scuba certification at any of our five dive centres: Amed, Nusa Penida and Sanur in Bali, and Bunaken and Lembeh in North Sulawesi.

Learn to Dive With the PADI Open Water Course

The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular scuba course, and it’s where most divers start. You train in the pool or shallow water first, then do four open water training dives at real dive sites. Once you’re certified you can dive to 18 metres anywhere in the world.

We teach it at all five Two Fish centres. The PADI course is the same everywhere; the diving around you isn’t. Near Amed there’s the USAT Liberty wreck, around Nusa Penida you may meet manta rays, Sanur runs day trips to the best of Bali, Bunaken has its walls and turtles, and Lembeh Strait has the critters.

Groups are a maximum of 4 students to 1 instructor, and often 2 to 1. On Nusa Penida it’s a hard maximum of 2 to 1.
